YZNU attaches great importance to international cooperation and exchanges. Till now it has established partnership with University of North Carolina at Pembroke and West Virginia University of U.S., Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Sunderland of U.K., Catholic University of Lublin in Poland, Gongju National University and Chodang University of South Korea, Kagoshima University of Japan, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University of Thailand, and 30 other universities. Every year YZNU employs more than 10 foreign experts to teach and research, and invites home and overseas scholars for academic exchanges. In 2012, the College of International Education was established, and through a rapid growth, it now has developed with 15 teachers and about 100 international students from Asia, Europe and South Africa. All of these students are hosted in the independent International Building, which is outfitted with necessary facilities.
